Half Pole Black Bamboo Fencing/Screen 2.0m high x 1.0m wide

Add to Cart:

Hide or cover sheds, pool equipment etc.

Cover old fences instead of replacing.

Used on ceilings to create a unique beautiful look.

Caveman black bamboo* fencing panels are more durable than fences made from traditional timber and are constructed from select bamboo poles that come from sustainably managed organic bamboo plantations. All Caveman bamboo is resistant to termites.

The bamboo panels are made up of 50-90mm half round poles which are held together in 1.0m wide panels. The panels can be fixed to timber and colorbond fences or to any frame.

As they come in fixed panels they are very easy to install. The bamboo can also be stained or painted to match any colour scheme. We recommend coating with a decking oil to maintain the beautiful appearance.

*There may be slight variations in colour or texture due to the nature of the product in its natural state. The bamboo's primary function are decorative and not structural, they may respond poorly to extreme weather conditions. The material may dry out and appear grey, crack, split or in some instances, due to its high starch content, bamboo may attract fungus and turn black when saturated in the rain or in an environment conducive to fungus and mould (such as damp and shady areas). This can be overcome in most cases with regular & proper maintenance. To maintain its beautiful appearance, prior to installation, we recommend bamboos are cleaned with "Bamboo Cleaner" and then coated with "Bamboo Protector". (Please refer to tin for application instructions and manufacturers website, also found on tin, for more information). Bamboo should be completely dry before application of protector and protector should be reapplied twice a year in order to maintain the water resistant seal. Some environments are harsher than others and will require more regular upkeep.
